These terms apply when you use the Aura Rest online store and buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

1. Who we are

Aura Rest is a South African online store. You can reach us through our Contact page.

2. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Aura Rest products are comfort and relaxation products, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please read the safety information on the product page before use.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never see or store your full card details. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we'll contact you before processing your order and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, cancellations and warranty

Our 30-day returns, your 7-day ECTA cooling-off right and our 6-month warranty against defects are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Your information

We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy.

8. Using our website

Please don't misuse the website, attempt to access it without permission, or copy our content, images or branding without our consent.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under South African law, including under the CPA.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
