Our 30-day comfort promise

We want you to love your Aura Rest. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Change of mind

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories.
• Contact us first through our Contact page with your order number, and we'll send you the returns address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty.
• Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Faulty or damaged items

• If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return delivery.
• Send us your order number and a photo or short video of the problem.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order before it ships for a full refund. Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may also cancel within 7 days of receiving your order; only the direct cost of returning the item may be charged.

Gifts

Received Aura Rest as a gift? We can exchange it or issue store credit. Just send us the order number or the buyer's name.

This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
