How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 5–8 working days from when you order, anywhere in South Africa. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is delivery?
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in South Africa.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, email your order number to hello@aurarest.co.za and we'll check for you.
Will it fit my hand?
It's designed to fit most adult hands comfortably. If you're unsure, message us through our Contact page and we'll share the inside measurements.
How do I charge it?
It's cordless and rechargeable, and comes with its own charging cable. Battery and charging details are listed on the product page.
Is it safe to use every day?
Yes. We recommend relaxing sessions of 10–15 minutes. Aura Rest is a comfort and relaxation product, not a medical device. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, diabetes, poor circulation, a recent injury or open wounds, please check with your doctor before using it.
Can I give it as a gift?
Absolutely. It arrives boxed and ready to give. For Christmas delivery, order by 1 December.
What if it's faulty?
Your massager is covered by a 6-month warranty against defects. Email hello@aurarest.co.za with your order number and a short description of the problem and we'll replace or refund it.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Yoco.
